Great interest in Minitüb as employer at the Landshut careers fair

The career information fair in Landshut last Saturday provided students with an ideal opportunity to learn about training professions and internship opportunities and to get to know potential training companies.

Among the regional 166 companies, Minitüb GmbH also presented itself, offering a wide range of training professions including foreign language industrial clerks, mechatronics technicians, and specialists in warehouse logistics.

Particularly eye-catching at the Minitüb booth were the illuminated graphics featuring floating sperm, as well as the lifelike training models for artificial insemination – a cow and a sow. These sparked interest in the industry where Minitüb operates as a leading provider of technologies for assisted reproduction in animal breeding, integrating customer service, technology, agricultural, and biological sciences in a fascinating way. In addition to our HR managers Sandra Herrmann and Heike Adler, and our biotechnical employee Julia Pable, two current apprentices, Simon Langenscheidt and Tom Kempf, were also available to answer numerous questions: What exactly does Minitüb do? What opportunities are available to beginners in the field, and what does the training involve?

Landshut´s District Administrator Peter Dreier and the Bavarian Minister of Economic Affairs Hubert Aiwanger also showed great interest in the company and its prospects. However, of even greater importance were the many good conversations with interested students and parents, through which Minitüb was able to present itself as an attractive training company and employer. We are now eagerly awaiting the applications!
