The ePacker is a robust, hygienic, quiet and fast machine for filling, sealing and labeling boar semen tubes. It features a unique modular design and advanced automation. Fully electric, the ePacker operates without the need for compressed air.

- Equipped with two peristaltic pumps for a precise filling volume (+/- 1 ml)

- Uses a robust and novel thermal fusion technique (TFT) for secure and tight sealing
- Fills 60 and 90 ml tubes with short and flexible nozzle
- Allows quick, tool-less change between tube sizes in a few simple steps
- Ejects finished tubes either to the front or to the right, allowing for optimal machine positioning and workflow in the semen laboratory
- Modular design of key elements allows for easy access, maintenance and service
- Seamlessly connects to Prism10 and other lab software for data transfer of filling and labeling information, or operates stand-alone
- Supports a wide range of different label designs, including Barcode 128, QR, PDF417, DataMatrix, and more
- The intuitive, touch-operated display provides a true real-time preview of the tube label, displaying the respective labeling information within the predefined label designs
- Holds up to 336 semen tubes (90 ml) in a high-capacity magazine with 16 stacks
- Features a hygienic design with stainless steel surfaces, rounded edges, and concealed cables for easy cleaning
