Leman China Swine Conference and World Swine Expo
The 10th Leman China Swine Conference and 2021 World Swine Expo were held in Chongqing International Expo Center from October 20th to 22nd, 2021. The number of participants in the three-day conference reached 11,036. 1,108 exhibitors and 123,752 visitors attended the World Swine Expo with its exhibition area of 150,000 square meters.
The Minitube China team arranged the booth according to an international boar station. Visitors could thus experience the whole process of modern boar semen production, from boar semen collection, analysis, dilution, and packaging to cryopreservation.
For the first time on the Chinese market, Minitube showed the TwinPacker 2.0, an automatic boar semen packaging machine specially designed for small and medium-sized boar stations. The TwinPacker 2.0 stands out through its compact design and works fully electric without compressed air. With the help of the peristaltic pumps, the machine can produce 650 semen tubes per hour and can fill both 95 ml and 60 ml semen tubes.
Prism10, a boar station management software newly developed by Minitube, was presented to Chinese customers for the first time at the Leman Conference. Prism10 is a browser-based program - you can log in from any PC or smartphone. The software integrates many years of experience of artificial reproduction experts all over the world, is suitable for a variety of production modes, and also has a powerful visual data management system.
