Minitube at the Midwest Boar Stud Managers Conference

Minitube USA, along with colleagues from Minitube Mexico, were proud to attend the Midwest Boar Stud Managers Conference, held in St. Louis, Missouri, on August 13th and 14th, 2025. This annual event brought together a significant portion of the US boar stud industry, along with attendees from Canada, Mexico and Brazil, providing an excellent opportunity to network, share innovations and engage with industry leaders and professionals.

The evening before the conference, Minitube hosted a group of attendees at a St. Louis Cardinals game – a highlight for many and a fun way to kick off the event. The evening was a great success, and we received fantastic feedback from those who joined us at Busch Stadium.

The Minitube booth was a hub of activity during the breaks. Attendees had the opportunity to see live demonstrations of our latest technologies, including the QT-Packer, ePacker, BoarMatic, and AndroVision® eFlow system. With long breaks between sessions built into the conference schedule, there was ample time for hands-on engagement and in-depth conversations. The interest and excitement around our equipment kept the booth buzzing throughout the two-day event.

Minitube also had the honor of presenting and sponsoring two talks during the main session.  John Quackenbush presented on “Sustainable Use of Antibiotics in Boar Semen Production” and Dr. Anne-Marie Luther presented “Why and How to Store Semen at 5C”.  Both talks inspired several conversations about the future of boar semen production.

We’re grateful to have been part of such a well-organized and valuable event and look forward to continuing to support and innovate for the boar stud industry.
