Minitube’s September Journey: From Cork to the Black Sea

In September, the Minitube team hit the road for two exciting stops at key gatherings for animal reproduction specialists in Europe: the AETE Annual Meeting in Ireland and the joint ESDAR & ECAR Conference in Bulgaria. Both events offered the perfect blend of science and networking, and Minitube was right at the heart of it.

Cork, Ireland: Embryo transfer in focus
The month began in Cork, where the Association of Embryo Technology in Europe (AETE) welcomed 350 participants from 30 countries to its annual meeting. The atmosphere buzzed with activity, reflecting the growing importance of embryo transfer in both cattle and horses. Practical workshops in bovine and equine ET were held before the lectures and drew strong interest from participants eager to expand their skills.

Minitube’s booth was in a prime location at the exhibition, showcasing devices that are perfect for ET experts. MultiCoder, AndroScope, CryoSealer, portable incubator, and OPU probe holder drew strong interest from visitors. Tamas and Victoria were on hand to lead discussions and share expertise, fostering valuable connections with ET specialists from across Europe and beyond.

Albena, Bulgaria: Science by the sea
Just a week later, Minitube traveled east to sunny Albena on Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast for the ESDAR Conference & ECAR Symposium. Surrounded by palm trees and sea breezes, participants attended top-level lectures on spermatology, gynecology, and endocrinology.

One of the highlights was Rudolf Grossfeld's presentation on “Premium CASA Automation: Standardized, Precise, and Efficient”. Attendees received an inside look at state-of-the-art semen analysis. At our booth, the stars of the presentation, AndroScope and AndroVision® MiniQube, were ready for hands-on demonstrations. Eva and Rudolf welcomed a steady stream of visitors, demonstrating just how much time and precision Minitube’s CASA systems can add to a laboratory.

The journey continues
From the green fields of Ireland to the sunny shores of Bulgaria, September showed once again that Minitube thrives where science meets practice. With our innovative technology, passionate team, and strong partnerships, we’re proud to support specialists worldwide in advancing animal reproduction.
